He has worked on a variety of IT Development and Infrastructure projects as well as a number of Training and Development projects for a variety of Fortune 1000 companies. Over the past 7 years, he has worked on projects for clients such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Mercedes-Benz USA, Shiseido, M&M Mars, BMG, Kraft/Nabisco, Pfizer/Warner-Lambert, Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceuticals, Bristol Meyers-Squibb, Oppenheimer Funds, Pace University, UMDNJ as well as a number of internal development projects. Most recently Andrew has piloted and customized a project management curriculum for a large publishing house and is currently rolling out the training while mentoring the participants to become project management practitioners on their current and future projects. Andrew is continuously at the forefront of technology as he has demonstrated with his early certification in Windows 2000 and his beta testing of Microsoft Project 2003 and Microsoft Project 2003 Server with Share Point Team Services and SQL Analysis Services. One of Andrew’s greatest strengths is his ability to communicate across all levels of the corporate stakeholder community. Andrew can demystify highly technological concepts for those with less technical knowledge as well as ingrain a business understanding and competency in those subject matter experts who tend to be much more technically focused. In each of the above projects, Andrew was a key element to keeping everyone in line with the project’s requirements, goals and technologies, both as a project lead/manager as well as a subject matter expert (SME). |
